They knew we were in a fix so they first asked us to send them pictures of the termites to speed up the inspection process. Then they had their inspector come out a half hour later, at the end of a busy day, to see what needed to be done, and scheduled our work for the very next day. Our floor installation was kept on track thanks to their fast and competent work.
